As Nata Botros, we attach great importance to the privacy and security of your personal data shared with our Company. We would like to inform you regarding the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), which regulates the protection of personal data, fundamental rights, and freedoms, as well as the privacy of private life arising from the Constitution and other legislation.
1- Definition of Personal Data
Personal data can be defined as any information suitable for making individuals' identities identifiable. In this context, your identity and contact information such as name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, and your requests regarding our projects shared with our Company possess the nature of personal data.
2- Purpose and Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Nata Botros, as the Data Controller, and through its assigned service providers or business partners, for the purposes specified below:

- Follow-up of contractual processes and performance of our legal obligations,

5- Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Your Personal Data
Your personal data processed in line with the specified purposes is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by our Company when the purpose of processing ceases to exist and/or upon the completion of the legal retention periods determined by the relevant legislation.
6- Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the Law
As personal data owners within the scope of the Law, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
- To request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the Law,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
